COLJUEGOS relied on manual workflows, experienced long processing times, and faced limited system interoperability due to the lack of integration between its three core systems—SIICOL, the Operator Portal, and the Online Connection System—as well as the ORFEO document management platform. These limitations negatively affected operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and institutional transparency.
The challenges originated from disconnected SIICOL workflows that generated unnecessary manual work, delays in document access caused by the absence of ORFEO integration, and the lack of real-time data exchange between core systems, leading to rework, data inconsistencies, and process inefficiencies.
